I seldom leave online reviews. I am a critical person with high expectations and am rarely satisfied. Most people do the job minimum to just meet expectations but not Ron. He is absolutely incredible. In addition to his vast travel related knowledge, he provides loads of helpful tips, communicates effectively and often, and goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything needed for your trip. I lost count of the informative emails he sent with maps/links/pictures/directions. I am a detail-oriented person who asks many questions. Ron answered every question! Each email was responded to within a few hours (if he had to research he would respond immediately that he would “get back to us". I was never left hanging). Ron goes way above the norm to ensure that the trip is planned perfectly & every detail is accounted for. If you have special needs, he works to ensure that your requirements are met. He is one of the nicest, most patient people I have worked with. I highly recommend Ron!!!!!
