Ron was attentive and patient with all of our family needs. He set up an incredible vacation to Costa Rica for my family with 3 kids (7 years, 5 years and 3 years old). Everyone thought we were crazy to go there with such young kids but we all had a blast! The kids even said it was better than DISNEY! Thanks Ron!

It was not only a pleasure working with Ron, it was valuable. For about 18 mos. Ron worked with me to plan a cruise on NCL Epic with a post-trip to Venice. We are a family of 5 with allergies. From the start Ron answered all my concerns. We communicated through email and phone. Ron is very responsive, provides well thought out responses and uses his network to get you the right answer. His recommendations for the cruise and post-trip were spot on. He reminds you of deadlines as the trip gets closer. If there is an opportunity to save, he will let you know. Ron personally delivered my itinerary to me, went through it and provided time for questions. I got to the point where I did my own research and planning for vacations as most travel agents just want a quick sale. I almost booked on my own but decided to call Ron. I am glad I did, and you will be also. The trip was fantastic of course. But, even if there were hiccups I would recommend Ron and work with him again.
